On October 15, 1889, in Knox, Starke, Indiana, Francis married Ida Rector.[1] The couple adopted Arthur Louis Parker (born June 15, 1890 in Boston, Massachusetts) sometime before 1900. The 1900 Census shows him in the household of of Francis and Ida Parker.[2]
