James Fidel Parker was born on December 28, 1894 in Eel River, Restigouche, New Brunswick, Canada to John Parker and Philomeme Savoy.[1]

The birth year inscription on the headstone is 1895.[2]

A source for the date and place of their marriage has not been found at this time. However, a birth record for their son, Wilford J Parker, was found. He was born in New Brunswick, Canada. This makes the possibility of a marriage in Canada more probable.[5]
