Frank Parker was born 28 November 1866 in probably Wyandot County, Ohio to James Parker and Mary Richmond and moved with his parents to Mills County, Iowa in 1882. Frank married Sarah Jane "Jennie" Hart on 24 December 1890 in Glenwood, Mills County, Iowa as announced in The Malvern Leader. Frank and Jennie had 5 children; Elizabeth "Bessie", James Andrew, Florence May, Clifford Richmond and Ralph Bernard. Frank was a farmer in Wayne County, Nebraska and later lived in California. Frank is buried next to his wife, Jennie in the Elmwood Cemetery, Carroll, Wayne, Nebraska.
