- John Parker of Essex, born about 1525, parents unknown, who married Margaret (Unknown) Parker (abt.1530-abt.1594).
- John Parker of Devon, the son of Thomas Parker and Elizabeth Frye of Devon, who married Elizabeth Ellicott.

He was born in North Moulton and was buried there in the family vault under the chancel on May 18, 1611[1]
