Montagu Edmund Newcombe Parker was born in 1807.
He was baptized on 03 Feb 1807 in Saint David, Exeter, Devon, England.[1][2][3]
Son of Montagu Edmund Parker and Harriet Newcombe.

High Sheriff of Devon 1849, Member of Parliament.

In 1850 Montagu was living at Whiteway House[4] in Devon, England[5]

He died in 1858 at age 51.[6][7][8]
He is buried at SS Martin and Mary Churchyard in Chudleigh, Devon, England.[9]

On the 1st instant, at Whiteway, Devon, Montagu Edmund Newcombe Parker, esq, who for many years represented the Southern Division of that county in Parliament.[10]
