James was born in 1774 and passed away in 1824. Buried in the Elkhorn Cemetery in Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana.

- I know of two sons James Parker, Jr. and Ovid Boone Parker.
James Jr. married Catherine Webb on 11/07/1839 in Butler Co. OH. Ovid Boone Parker married Maria Webb on 12/12/1839 in Butler Co. OH. Then on the 1850 census of Henry Co, IA is Ovid Boone and Maria Parker.
