Neoma Parker was born about 1821 [1] in [unknown]. She is the daughter of [unknown]. On 19 February 1843, she married John W. Harrow in Jefferson County, Iowa. [2] She is believed to have died prior to 3 March 1850, the date of John Wesley Harrow's marriage to Sarah Gibson.
