Don Tout Parkinson, son of Ross Parkinson and Alice Tout, was born in Rexburg, Madison, Idaho on December 17, 1938.^[1]

He married Melba Furniss (1939-2014) in 19361. Children:

1. Allen Furniss Parkinson (1964-2022)

He passed away at the age of 78, on February 12, 2017 in Rexburg, Madison Idaho.^[1] and was buried at Teton-Newdale Cemetery in Madison County, Idaho with his wife Melba sharing the same monument.
