Biography
William B. Parks, son of Herbert Parks and Alsara E. (--?--) Parks, was born in April 1871 at Pennsylvania, USA.[1]
He married Cora Baxter, daughter of Edgar T. Baxter and Martha (Kinner) Baxter, circa 1897.[1]
He was a farm laborer when he and Cora appeared on the census of 26 June 1900 in the household of his parents at Rome, Bradford Co., Pennsylvania.[1] He and Cora appeared on the census of 22 April 1910 in the household of his father-in-law, Edgar T. Baxter, at Litchfield Twp., Bradford Co., Pennsylvania.[2]
William died in 1940 and was buried at Tioga Cemetery, Owego, Tioga County, New York. His memorial has a photo of his headstone and links to those of his wife and their two sons.[3]
