Park-96 and Parks-2613 appear to represent the same person because: Same wife. Approximate birth date is undocumented and estimated.

Parke surname in New Jersey was changed to Parks or Park by various descendants in North Carolina, Kentucky, Missouri, Tennessee, & Georgia.

Park-96 and Parke-632 are not ready to be merged because: Information is far too limited and iffy. Two Allen Park/Parkes with 'abt' birthdates, no solid locations. One has parents and siblings. The other has wife and kids.

If there is any further information and sourcing that says these are the same may, I would approve.
