Vincent Parr Sr was a Kansan.

Vincent Herbert Parr was born on April 10, 1920 in Kickapoo Township, Leavenworth, Kansas, United States, son of George Parr (1874–1935) and Mary Agnes Reynolds (1879–1953).^[1]

In 1930, Vincent (10) H was in the household of his father, George, in Kickapoo, Leavenworth, Kansas. ^[2]

Vincent (23) married Darlene Laverne Logan (19) (born on October 14, 1924 in Kickapoo, Leavenworth, KS; daughter of Clyde Lee Logan and Medora Matilda Flint) about 1944 in Leavenworth.

In 1950, Vincent (30) H and Darlene L Parr was living in 4 April. ^[3]

Vincent died on January 28, 1991 in Leavenworth, aged 70. He is commemorated at Kickapoo Memorial Cemetery.^{[4] [1]}
