Jesse was born before 1745. He is the son of John Parr and Mary Corwin.
"Jess" is named as a sibling in the will of his brother John Parr, Jr., of Morris County, dated 26 June 1749.[1]
Jesse Parr of Morris County died intestate before 1 Mar 1779, when his widow Elizabeth Parr (late wife of Christopher Helper) made a statement that her right in the real and personal estate that her "beloved husband Jessey Parr" left her be added to the estate that "my children, Jessey and Joseph, may choose a guardian and administrator upon their estate, and the rest of my children. Witness--David Grant." Administrator was John Beacherer; fellow bondsman Jabesh Bell, both of New Jersey, gentlemen.[2]
He may be the father of Jesse Parr (abt.1760-aft.1832).
