No record of the birth of Isabell Parsons has been found. It is likely she was born in the Maryland Colony since her father was living there by 1649. She was a daughter of Thomas Parsons a pioneer in Maryland, whose will was filed for probate May 31, 1684.
Marriage
Isabel Parsons was married first to Anthony Holland and had five children by him. When Anthony died, she married family friend, Benjamin Capell. They had no children. Benjamin Capell regarded her children and grandchildren as his own and left property to them in his will. He had no other children.
Her first husband was a son of Captain William Holland, one of the first vestrymen of St. James Parish, Anne Arundel Family.:
I give unto my much beloved grandson Jacob Holand one negro boy called Samson and also one featherbed and furniture belonging thereto and stand in the back room and Lickis (likewise?) fifty acres of land where his house doth stand it being part of that tract of land called Friendship to him and his heirs forever.

And last of all, I do make my well beloved daughter, Mary Price my true and lawful executor of all my goods and chattels and likewise of any real estate belonging to me— Memorandum that what is given to Jacob Holand is to him and his heirs forever.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Isabella by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Isabella:
Note that Isabella Elizabeth Parsons Holland's Bio says:
"Isabel Parsons married Anthony Holland and had five children by him. When Anthony died, she remarried family friend Benjamin Capell. They had no children. Benjamin Capell regarded her children and grandchildren as his own and left property to them in his will. He had no other children.
She was a daughter of Thomas Parsons a pioneer in Maryland, whose will was filed for probate May 31, 1684. Her first husband was a son of Captain William Holland, one of the first vestrymen of St. James Parish, Anne Arundel Family."
This would indicate that William Holland did have children (Anthony Holland being among them); and makes considerably more sense than that Mary Pinke Holland gave birth to Anthony Holland in her 60s.
Parsons-1257 and Parsons-31 appear to represent the same person because:
I would use the "about 1660" birth date. I have seen no solid source for her birth date, but that is the date seen most frequently. Better sources would help.
Parsons-3545 and Parsons-31 appear to represent the same person because:
Same name, parents, death year. I would use about 1660 as birth year. The 1648 date has no source given and I have seen a couple of different dates, but all are around 1660.
