Sophia, daughter of Samuel Parsons & Harriet, was born on 18 January 1835 and baptised on 2 July 1837 at Saint Thomas's Church, Dudley, Worcestershire, England.[1] She was the daughter of Samuel Parsons and Harriet Mantle.
