Biography

1776 Project
Captain Isaac Parsons served with 4th Regiment, Cumberland County Militia, Massachusetts Militia during the American Revolution.
Daughters of the American Revolution
Isaac Parsons is a DAR Patriot Ancestor, A088147.

Isaac was born on 14 April 1740 in Gloucester or New Gloucester. He was the son of Isaac Parsons and Hannah (Burnham) Parsons.[1][2]

When Isaac was 23 he married Anna Merrill on 1 December 1763.[3]

When Isaac was 25 he married Salome Merrill on 21 November 1765 in New Gloucester, Cumberland, Maine, USA. The couple had one child: Hannah Parsons.[3]

When Isaac was 40 he married Deborah Nash on 15 March 1781.[3]

In the 1790 census Isaac (age 50) was living in New Gloucester, Cumberland, Maine, USA.[4]

Isaac died at the age of 85 on 9 October 1825 in New Gloucester, Cumberland, Maine, USA.[5][6][7][3]
