Biography

George Parsons, Jr., was born at Drift, Floyd County, Kentucky, USA, the son of George Parsons, Sr, and Opal Kidd Parsons.

George attended Drift Elementarty School, Drift, Floyd, Kentucky, USA; New London Elementary School, New London, Huron, Ohio, USA; Martin Elementary School, Martin, Floyd, kentucky, USA; Martin High School, Martin, Floyd, Kentucky, USA; and graduated from Russell High School, Greenup, Kentucky, USA.

Geroge suffered from heart disease, diabetes and arthritis. He also was in severe back pain from an automobile accident while working for the Flatwoods Police Department.

George married at least twice that I am aware of, and never had children of his own by those marriages. He first married Rebecca Lucas, and second, married Angela L Camp.

He died suddenly at home in Ashland, Boyd, Kentucky, USA, and no autopsy was done. He was cremated and his ashes were not buried. - Bernie Parsons
