Victor Charles Parsons was born in 1892. The son of : FREDERICK DAVID PARSONS and Margaret COYLE married 1890 in New Zealand. Victor married Rona Lillington Harvey in 1915. Victor Charles Parsons married for a second time in 1927 to Ruby Adelaide Findlay. Victor Charles Parsons was a butcher in Grey Lynn, Auckland. Victor passed away in 1961.
