Biography
Hascue was born about 1901 in Wise County, Virginia to Schuyler C Parsons and Jemima "Mima" Smith.

Hascue passed away, as the result of an accidental gunshot wound on 7 Feb 1927 in Pardee, Wise County, Virginia. He was laid to rest at the Joel Sturgill Cemetery in Eolia, Letcher County, Kentucky on 3 Feb 1927.

Notes
Death certificate states the following: "Bullet thru head (was dead when I saw him). On the back of the certificate it states: "Accidental - man shot at Roy Payne (see accompanying slip) and bullet when thru both Payne and Parsons. Parsons was asleep behind Payne at the time of shooting and was an innocent bystander.
Roy Payne's death was ruled as homicide. His death certificate states the following: Bullet thru lung, spleen, & hand.
