Biography

Alfred was lost at sea on the schooner 'The Mayflower' in 1878 which was wrecked oof the shores of Lamaline, Burin Peninsula, Newfoundland. His brother Nicholas was lost at the same time. Alfred was baptized in Ochre Pit Cove, Newfoundland.
