Thanks for pointing to this resource and the possible marriage. I'm not in a position to say whether I think the marriage is valid or not, I would have to do some research.
The 1914 "Wheeler Family" work by A.G. Wheeler proposes that this Sarah, widow of Joseph Marsh, married Jonathan Wheeler 25 Jul 1672 at Douglas, MA (primary source Sutton Vital Records 382 where she was listed as "Mrs. Sarah Marsh" http://ma-vitalrecords.org/MA/Worcester/Sutton/Images/Sutton_M382.shtml. 2 other Wheelers married Marshes shown on the next page (383) showing some connections between the families. Douglas, where Joseph Marsh died, and Sutton, where she may have married Jonathan Wheeler are only 7 miles apart while Sturbridge is 20 miles from Douglas. Do you think this 1762 marriage to Jonathan Wheeler is valid?
