Robert A. Partridge Obituary from Manchester Morning Union, 25 Dec 1950:
Robert A. Partridge of 49 Sagamore Street died Saturday afternoon at a Manchester hospital.
Born in Norwich, Vt., he was in the grain business for 49 years, retiring in 1939. He was a resident of Manchester for 60 years and was an attendant of Grace Episcopal church.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Carlie M. Partridge, two sons, Robert A. Partridge and Henry W. Partridge; five daughters, Miss Eleanor G. Partridge, Miss Jean M. Partridge, Miss Elizabeth M. Partridge, Mrs. David W. W. Dailey, all of this city and Mrs. Robert A. Gilmore of San Antonio, Tex., and a sister, Miss Martha Partridge of Manchester.
Funeral services for Mr. Partridge will be held at the Goodwin Funeral home, 607 Chestnut street, Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Friends are invited and may call Monday between the hours of 3 and 5, and 7 and 9 p.m.
