Frederick Claude Coote Pasco, 30 June 1890, RN ret'd, Ship: 1009 (shore establishment Lansdowne)

(Jan 1902). HMAS Dart: Lieutenant Frederick Claude Coote Pasco was appointed in command in January 1902, when she served as a surveying vessel on the Australia station. She visited Nouméa and the Solomon Islands in June 1902.

(1908). H.M.S. Fantome: A cable message recently received in Sydney, stated that Commander F. C. C. Pasco, R.N., who at present holds a position at the Admiralty in London, and who is a son of the late Captain Crawford Pasco, R.N., of Melbourne, has been appointed to the command of H.M.S. Fantome, and will arrive in Sydney in June next to take up his post. Commander Pasco was well known in Queensland waters in the old surveying days of the Paluma, Dart, Penguin, &c.
