↑ I think they lived at Mossbay after they got married. I got this off Margaret, Carries daughter. Carrie's just died about 3 months ago. Margaret is the granddaughter of John and Agnes. Message from Florence Moore (nee Irving).

Florrie Moore (nee Irving) wrote (March 2001) They were married at St. Michaels Church Workington, but on the wedding certificate and in FreeBMD, it is Jane Agnes Auld and it is John Patterson. They lived at Foxpit Cottage when they got married. That's going up the line to Lowca where my Aunt Libby lived (mam's sister). Grandma Irving had John before she was married to Granddad Irving. Margaret doesn't think she had a second name.
