Biography

Elizabeth Patfield died young.

Elizabeth Patfield was born on 18th January 1838 in Middlehope, New South Wales, Australia. She was the third and youngest daughter of George Patfield and Sarah (Small) Patfield. Middlehope is a rural community between Raymond Terrace and Paterson in the Hunter Valley north west of Newcastle.[1][2]

She was christened on 10th August 1840 in Butterwick and Seaham, New South Wales.[3]

Elizabeth passed away on 16th October 1841, aged less than four years, at Paterson, New South Wales and was buried in Glebe Cemetery, Maitland, New South Wales.[4][5]
