The parents' "confirmed with DNA" indicators were removed because the DNA confirmation is undocumented.

Please see this G2G article on DNA confirmation for more information and guidance on how to provide the proper source documentation to confirm genealogy with DNA.

Also recall WikiTree Honor Code VIII: We cite sources. Without sources we can't objectively resolve conflicting information.

Thank you.

P.S., As it states in the Help for Confirmed with DNA:

"If there isn't a proper source citation the "Confirmed with DNA" relationship status should be removed (by you or another member)."

Patterson-5918 and Patterson-5206 appear to represent the same person because: I don't have the information on the fist wife . Maybe that's why there are two son's named Robert Patterson ? Col. Robert Patterson born 1818 McConnelsville Ohio , is mentioned in at least five books as a son of Sarah Van Meter and Robert Patterson. He was the Mayor of St. Marys W.Va. in 1880 and a Senator from 1870 to 1872 , while in St. Marys. He is my G,G,G, Grandfather . I just met a cousin who is a relation from Col Patterson's Daughter Sally . The sister of my G,Grandfather Robert Henry Patterson . We have the same family information so I'm now confident in my furthering the family linage in this line of Patterson's.
