PATTERSON- Charles H., 67, St. Michael, died Dec. 30, 1981, at Memorial Hospital. Born March 23, 1914, in South Fork, son of Harry and Agnes (Lees) Patterson. Preceded in death by brother, Robert, and sister, Thelma. Survived by widow, former Imogene Barto, and son, Charles I. "Chip", at home. Brother of Hazel Tchup (sp), Huntington, W.Va.; Ervin (sp), St. Michael; and Harry, Johnstown R.D.; also survived by three nephews and five nieces. (The reference to nieces and nephews is incorrect) Retired coal miner and former employee of Ebensburg Center. Member of Local 6359, UMWA. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday at Charles O. Diamond Funeral home, Inc., South Fork, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, the Rev. Terry Mosholder. Interment, Forest Lawn Cemetery.
