Ophelia died on 12 Dec. 1995 at Dalton, Whitfield County, Georgia, and was buried at Sugar Valley Baptist Church Cemetery, Sugar Valley, Gordon County, Georgia. Her memorial has a photo of her headstone shared with William and links to those of family members. [1]
