507. Emma Irene Patterson b. Ida Grove, Iowa, 6 Feb. 1899, m. Genoa, IL, 21 Dec. 1920, M. David Burgess, son of David and Mary (Carter) Burgess, b. Wisconsin, 6 May 1893, d. Camp Bowie, TX, 20 Aug. 1943. In the Army David attained the rank of captain in WWI, and in WWII a lieutenant. By previous marriage he was the father of Bruce Edward Burgess. Irene's home in 1955 was Minneapolis, Minnesota. Children:
