Reuben Payne (son of John and Ann Jones Payne) married Elizabeth Wilkerson, not Elizabeth Sweatman, and did not move to Tenn. There are more than one Reuben Payne's in Va at this time and the one that married Eliz Sweatman is not John and Ann Jones Payne's son.

Payne-4019 and Payne-3391 are not ready to be merged because: The children of Reuben Payne were William, Gabriel, Elizabeth, Sarah, Thomas, and Charles -- no Catherine. And on the chance that Catherine was a middle name, neither of the girls married a Parks. Everything else in the profile seems to match perfectly, but I am reluctant to merge with inaccurate information as it will spread from profile to profile to profile like a virus until it becomes a new invented truth.
