Payne-3663 and Payne-1121 appear to represent the same person because: These are the same person. I have documented information to link to this man once the merge is complete. His children were Alicia Payne, Col William Payne, Mary "Molly" Payne, Benjamin Clarke Payne, Abigail Ann Payne, Penelope Payne, Anne Payne West, Colonel Duvall Payne, Leah Payne.
