Rebecca was a daughter of Samuel Paine and Ruth Littlefield, his second wife. Rebecca and her sister Rachel were baptized in the South Parish of Braintree, Massachusetts, on 14 March 1741/2.[1] Presumably they were twins. Their parents had married in July 1741, just 8 months before these girls were baptized.
She married John Hunt, Jr. They entered their intention of marriage in Braintree on 25 June 1759.[2]
Rebecca (Paine) Hunt died before March 1783, when her husband John Hunt entered his intention of marriage to Mary Thayer. [3]
