Louisa Payne, full age, Spinster, of Hockering, (daughter of John Payne, Farmer) & Herbert Burton, full age, Bachelor, of Southburgh, Farmer, (son of Charles Burton, Farmer) were married 26th December 1916 in the Parish Church of Hockering, Norfolk, England according to the Rites and Ceremonies of the Church of England after Licence by J. T. Kingsmill, Rector. Herbert & Louisa both signed. Witnesses were J. W. Canham & Susanna Payne.[4][5]
Louisa Burton died aged 89, in 1968 in Norfolk, England.[6]
