Julia was born about 1840 in Fleming County, Kentucky. Her first husband was Thomas Payne. Julia W. (Hughes) Payne married Harvey K. Parker on February 13, 1887 in Cedar County, Missouri.She passed away on April 6, 1922 and buried in the Anderson Cemetery, Pineville, McDonald County, Missouri.^[1]
