Jayne Payne married Jesse Toney on December 29, 1905 in Dothan, West Virginia.[1] She was the daughter of James Payne and Ella Payne.[1] This was her second marriage.[2] Jesse and Jane had Okie, Cecilia, and Lula Toney.[2] On May 2, 1916 in Fayetteville, West Virginia, Jane Toney married William J. Wolfe.[3] Her parents were listed as J. B. Payne and Ella Darling.[4]
Jane and William James Wolfe had at least four children: Albert, Mary E., Theodore and Delphenia.[5][6] By 1930, Jane was a widow.[6] Her son Theodore was living with her in 1940.[7]
