Howard Peavy
There was a Joseph Peavy born in Sussex County, Delaware to Joseph Pavey and Jane Dyall. I have seen his birth year as both 1739 and 1736, He had a Brother named Dyall who was born a few years earlier. There were both in Orange County Ga 1750s and in Ga. 1770s.
