Barbara was born in 1866. Barbara Ann "Barbary" Pedigo Neal was the daughter of Elzie Tanner Pedigo and Permelia Shirley Pedigo and wife of Charles Neal whom she married 3/30/1882 in Fayette, Boone Co., Indiana. Mother of Roy, Chloe, Bessie, Ota, Emma, Ovid, and Bert. Barbara passed away in 1951.
