Biography

Mehitable Pedrick was baptized on 4 Jun 1758, in Marblehead in the Province of Massachusetts Bay. She was the daughter of John Pedrick and Mehitable Stacey.^[1]

Mehitable Pedrick was Dr. Elisha Story's second wife. They were married in Marblehead, Massachusetts, on 29 Nov 1778, only a few months after the death of his first wife.^[2] Their first child, Joseph, was born in late September of 1779. Although there seems to be no record of the birth of his daughter, Mehitable, it is possible that she was born in 1781, as their second child.
