Biography

Dasey A Peeler was enumerated as daughter at Hilburn, Madison County, Arkansas for the June 21, United States Census, 1880. She was noted as born 1880 in Arkansas and single as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are self James F Peeler, wife Molley Peeler and son Willie A Peeler.^[1]

Daisy Peeler wed Henry Sumpter September 1, 1896 in Sebastian County, Arkansas.^[2]

Daisy Sumpter was enumerated as wife of the head of household in Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory, Oklahoma for the June 25, United States Census, 1900. She was noted as born November 1880 in Arkansas and had been married three years. She had had no children as seen in an image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Frank Sumpter and boarder Lee W Whitlock.^[3]
