September 13, 1850 - Attala, Attala County, Mississippi

Isaac J Peeler was enumerated at Post Office Koshiusko, Township 14 Range 8, Attala County, Mississippi for the August 1, United States Census, 1860. He was noted as born 1848 in Mississippi and marked as having attended school within the year as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are male Samuel Peeler, female Jane Peeler, male Thomas M Peeler, female Mary E Peeler, female Unity F Peeler, male Jeff D Peeler, female Susan J Peeler and female Pernina Peeler.[1]

Isaac J Peeler was enumerated as other (self) at Centre, Attala County, Mississippi for the June 18, United States Census, 1880. He was noted as a farmer, born 1848 in Mississippi and married as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are other (wife) Sallie L Peeler, other (son) Charles W Peeler, other (daughter) Lizzie J Peeler, other (daughter) May P Peeler, other (daughter) Nina F Peeler, other (daughter) Katie Peeler and other (daughter) Anne G Peeler.[2]

Isaac J Peeler was enumerated as head of the household in ED 13 Beat 5 Center, Attala County, Mississippi for the June 19, United States Census, 1900. He was noted as a farmer and born September 1847 in Mississippi. He had been married one year and was an owner. Also included in the household are wife Elvira Peeler, daughter Grace H Peeler, son William C Peeler, son Horace C Peeler, son Edward E Peeler, daughter Clara E Peeler and daughter Bessie L Peeler as seen in an image of the original census.[3]

As listed in the Find A Grave Index,[4] I J Peeler is buried at Jerusalem Church Cemetery in Smyrna, Attala County, Mississippi, USA, Plot: 84[5]
