Biography

Elizabeth Peeler was enumerated at Post Office Mayfield, Hancock County, Georgia for the July 25, United States Census, 1860. She was noted as born 1849 in Georgia as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are male Berry Peeler, female Emily Peeler, male C Irvin Peeler, female Casicay Peeler and male Wm Peeler.[1]

Elizabeth Harrison was enumerated as wife at District 117, Hancock County, Georgia for the June 8, United States Census, 1880. She was noted as keeps house, born 1850 in Georgia and married as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are self James Harrison, daughter Katie Harrison, son William Harrison, other Adeila Yarbrough, other Eddie Mitchell, other Iriving Hitchcock and other Allan Temples.[2]

Elizabeth Penelope Peeler was listed as the mother of Mrs. Katie G Ray who died September 11, 1934 in Devereux, Hancock Coiunty, Georgia. The father was listed as James M Harrison.[3]

Elizabeth Penelope Peeler Harrison is buried at McClellan Cemetery in Hancock County, Georgia.[4]
