Biography

Mary Stovall was enumerated at Post Office Mooresville, Itawamba County, Mississippi for the August 6, United States Census, 1860. She was noted as born 1842 in Mississippi as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are male Wm R Peeler, female Elizabeth Peeler, male William Stovall [Peeler] and male John Stovall.[1]

Mary Elliot was enumerated at Saltillo Post Office, Lee County, Mississippi for the August, United States Census, 1870. She was noted as born 1843-1844 in Mississippi and keeping house as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are male John Elliot, male John Elliot, male (Jasper) Elliot, female Linnie Elliot and male William Elliot.[2]

Mary Mollie Peeler Elliott is buried at Oak Grove Cemetery in Ratliff, Itawamba County, Mississippi, USA.[3]
