Biography
Elizabeth was born about 1902. Her birth was registered in the Oct-Nov-Dec quarter of 1898 in the Thornbury district.[1]
Elizabeth married William James in 1926. Their marriage was registered in the Jul-Aug-Sep quarter of 1926 in the Bridgend district.[2]
Research Notes
- Original entry had Elizabeth's birth year as 1902 but I can find no evidence of this. Marriage record has her as Elizabeth S Peglar and there was an Elizabeth Sarah Pegler born in 1898 so I have amended accordingly. If you find evidence of the 1902 birth date please change it.
Note
The 1939 register states her date of birth as 16th August 1904 In the 1939 register Elizabeth, Unpaid Domestic Duties, was married at 42 Coity Road, Bridgend, Glamorganshire, Wales.[3]
