Biography
"Regina" was born to Henry Fisher and Roma Paine Pelfrey in Ceredo, Wayne County, West Virginia. She married James "Jack" Harvey Scott on October 27, 1942 in Ironton, Lawrence County, Ohio in Sydenstricker Methodist Church. Born to this union: two sons. Regina traveled several states to stay near Jack while he served in the US Navy during WWII. Regina was a member of the Order of Eastern Star and enjoyed her dogs and cats.
