Information regarding the wife of William Teague is disputed. Until adequate documentation resolving the issues becomes available, these three profiles are being maintained separately:
Isabella Unknown. Information and documentation related to Isabella, wife of William Teague, who may or may not also be Isabella Loftin and/or Isabella Pennington.
Isabella Loftin Information and documentation related to Isabella Loftin, daughter of William Lofton and his wife Elizabeth, who may or may not also be Isabella Pennington and Isabella, wife of William Teague.
Isabella Pennington Information and documentation related to Isabella Pennington, daughter of Abraham Pennington and his wife Mary, who may or may not also be Isabella Loftin and Isabella, wife of William Teague.
Biography
Birth
19 DEC 1693
Musketta Creek, Old St. George Parish, Baltimore, Maryland[citation needed]
Note, this is the birth or baptismal date for Isabella Loftin, and if Isabella Pennington is a different person, it is probably not her birth date.
Note, this is the death date and location of the Isabella who married William Teague, and if Isabella Pennington is a different person, it is probably not her death date.
Research Note
Many researchers have given Isabella the last name of Loftin, but this is an error that has been propagated throughout the internet. The error probably originated from the fact that Isabella's second son, Moses, married Elizabeth Loftin.

Pennington-1728 and Pennington-1089 appear to represent the same person because: Same date and state of birth, otherwise compatible records, appear to be duplicate profiles
Pennington-1558 and Pennington-1089 appear to represent the same person because: Joe created this unconnected profile in Jan of 2014. He has not made any contributions to WikiTree since Dec of 2014. I doubt he has plans on filling in more details. The details that are here DOB and DOD are consistent with the data we have for Isabella Pennington speculated wife of William Able Teague. This merge is as ready as it ever will be. Please merge.
Isabella E Pennington Birth 19 Dec 1696 in Musketta Creek, Baltimore Co., MD Death 1737 in Cecil Co., MD.
SURNAME NOT PROVEN.
Spouse surname:
William Teague & Isabella E. Pennington, Maryland
William Teague was born 1693 at Teggs Delight, Cecil, Maryland, the son of Edward & Susan Teague.
Married: Isabella E. Pennington b: 1697 in Maryland
Steve Connolly [email address removed] writes: Occasionally, the following is published on various genealogy sites as fact: William Teague b. ca 1693, Cecil County, MD, wife Isabella Loftin b. 19 Dec 1693. However, several very assiduous researchers have been UNABLE to verify that. It is also possible that the wife referred to was Isabella Pennington (ca 1697, Cecil County, MD). One of those researchers, Ashley Loftin, was kind enough to send me photocopies of records that he had examined during his years of hands-on research. Indeed, there is no reference to anyone but an Isabell/Isabella. This is an on-going unsolved gap in our information. Unless solid evidence has come to light (evidence many of us would love to examine), please be advised that this controversy exists for both the Loftin/Lofton researchers and the Pennington researchers. We all have to remain vigilant about publishing conjecture as fact.
*blush* So does that mean you agree these Isabell's are one and the same?
