Name

A long time ago a Pennington relative told my husband's mother (Rosa Mae Pennington) that they had traced the Pennington family tree to Thomas Jefferson Pennington and Elizabeth Armitage. I don't know if Thomas is really is first name. I'm only going by the clue that RosaMae Pennington gave me. All other records indicate his first name was Jefferson and his nickname was King or Jeff. I have never found any records with the name Thomas.
