Research Notes
Her relationship to parents Abel and Emily is established by the 1870 census record, when she and her brother McClellan and their father Abel are living with their grandparents after her mother's death. McClellan is still living with Abel (and is identified as his son) in the 1880 census; by then, Malvina had already married Robert Able.
