Research

"Margaret Elizabeth Pennington was my great grandmother through Minnie Elizabeth Wilfong / Hinebaugh. Minnie had a brother Walter Raymound Wilfong a sister Jane. and a half sister Stella that I know of. Do you have any information on Margaret E. Pennington / Wilfong ?. Married to Jacob Wilfong?." [1]

"Update: Since my last comment about Margaret Elizabeth Pennington I found a obituary for my great aunt Stella Mae Johnson, my grandmother Minnie's half sister, father John Johnson 1851 married Margaret widow of Jacob Wilfong. I now believe that Margaret my be the daughter of Mathias Pennington and Elizabeth Ann Johnson." [2]

My question: Is Pennington-989 the daughter of Father Pennington-974 - and mother - Johnson-11945?

"I remember my grandmother Minnie telling me one of her grandmothers was a Johnson. I remember seeing a obituary for Margaret name of father Matthew. Margaret married 1st Jacob Wilfong who was born 1858 Franklin, Pendelton 2nd John Johnson who was born in 1851 Tucker, West Virginia."
