Robinson-46298 and Penrose-264 do not represent the same person because: Nellie Price Black clearly indicates that Sarah and Mary had the maiden name Robinson, and says they were the daughters of Col. Thomas Robinson of Naaman Creek, New Castle, Delaware.

Penrose-865 and Penrose-264 appear to represent the same person because: Sarah married secondly to Richard Peters, per the WikiTree on Richard Peters and per Encyclopedia of Pennsylvania Biography Vol. XIII (cited in the WikiTree profile of Richard Peters). Both mention that Sarah's sister was married to Gen. Anthony Wayne.
