Biography
Florice was born about 1923. She is the daughter of Clinton Pepper and Clara Lightsey. She may be the same person as Janis. Neither show up in the 1930 census. Perhaps she (or they) were living with a divorced parent or relative as Clara would have been only 15 or 16 if she had given birth to them.
Florice reportedly married Perry Payne, but nothing has been found to corroborate this as of yet..
