Note NI085It is thought that William fathered the following children:
1. William Bertha Perdue born 1882 son of Mollie Perdue
2. Willis F. Perdue in 1870 son of Jane Perdue
3. Josephine Fanny Perdue daughter of Martha
He was buried in his orchid.The land William was buried on was sold to Huber Clay Co. The towns people decided to move his remains to Mt. Horeb. They found a Pine stump over the grave. When they picked up the stump all that was left of him was his skull which rolled out of the pine stump.
